Opening Hours

Boxgrove Medical Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 6.00pm. We close at weekends and on bank holidays. Call 111 for advice when we are closed.

Registering

We are currently accepting new patients at the medical centre - see our advice on how to register as a new patient with us, and download our registration forms.

Sick Notes

For the first 7 days that you are unable to work through sickness you can complete a self certification form. After 7 days, you will need a note from your GP.

Self Care

For a lot of common illnesses and ailments there is no specific cure and they will be relieved with time and simple remedies available without prescription.

NHS Medical Services

We offer all core NHS general medical services & a number of enhanced medical services such as joint injections & contraceptive implants.

Private Medical Services

The NHS does not pay for some services, including private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, and fitness to travel certificates.

Online Consultations with e-Consult

eConsult is an efficient way to contact us here at Crawford Medical Centre to seek medical advice, request appointments with our GPs and for administrative tasks such as requesting medical notes and reports.

Patients can now get online access to GPs, providing the same service as we deliver via phone, but quicker. eConsult online consultation means you can submit any medical query, including requests for an appointment, at a time when it suits you.

Patient home visits
