You don't have to be a patient of Boxgrove Medical Centre to book a private medical.  One of our GPs can provide you with the medical, all you have to do is complete a form.

You can request a private medical by telephone on our dedicated line on 02380 470290 or by sending us an email. We will send you the medical booking form and go through the details and cost and book you an appointment with a GP.
