Physiotherapy self-referral

To refer yourself for physiotherapy with the Solent MSK team please call the practice on 01323 412300 or use the Klinik system to request a physiotherapy referral.

We can book a maximum of two patients per day for physiotherapy.  Depending on demand, you usually receive a telephone call from the Solent MSK service within a week. 

You can also seek self-care advice on the Klinik system and use MSK assist platform to help with musculoskeletal complaints.

MSK assist is a free patient app available via the Patients Know Best (PKB) website.

MSK assist simplifies musculoskeletal healthcare by connecting patients with the right information about their diagnosis with the ability to report back directly to their clinician with exercise progress and outcome measures from their mobile device.

Individual treatment plans

The integration means that clinicians can create treatment plans to support patients with a musculoskeletal diagnosis in minutes, with information available to patients instantly through their PKB personal health record. Expert clinical advice about treatments, investigations, exercises and educational videos are all available from the PKB dashboard to enable patients to stay on top of their individualised rehabilitation plan.
