The NHS App
Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet including:
- request repeat prescriptions or collection at your practice or a pharmacy you have already nominated
- check your symptoms using the health A-Z from the NHS
- find out what to do when I need help urgently, using NHS 111 online
- book and manage appointments at Boxgrove Medical Centre
- securely view your GP medical record
- register to be an organ donor
- choose how the NHS uses your data

The NHS App is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

You can also use NHS Services available on the NHS App directly from your PC or laptop if you don't have access to your smartphone or tablet.
