CORONAVIRUS
UPDATES

We have been keeping a very close eye on the Coronavirus pandemic in the UK and are working to ensure we can continue to provide our services without inerruption and ensure our practice websites contain relevant, up-to-date advice and guidance on Covid-19, whilst also ensuring we protect our staff.

Coronavirus updates on your site

To ensure that your site is providing your patients with the latest official coronavirus advice we are closely monitoring both the gov.uk and nhs uk websites. With your agreement our team will ensure that your site contains the latest guidance and links to the government and NHS Coronavirus advice pages.

This embedded content is deployed across all our sites that have opted-in to have these updates, as it would be too inefficient and time consuming to update each site individually, but you can choose to opt-out of displaying these updates on your site and make you own updates and alerts re Coronavirus using our online editor.

If you need help editing any part of your site relating to Coronavirus - changes to your appointment system, opening hours, triage system, staff absences, implementing remote consulation services etc.. that you cannot undertake with our content management system please get in touch and we will undertake the necessary changes for you.

Critical infrastructure

We are in regular dialogue with our suppliers, including the operators of our managed servers, to ensure that they have plans and procedures in place to continue to provide their services uninterrupted during this pandemic so that your website remains live on the internet for your patients to view and for you to edit and update.

Staffing levels and remote working

Our joint top priorities are to ensure our services remain up and running and to keep our staff safe. With that in mind, the team are currently working from home as we consider the shared office space we use presents too much of a risk of virus transmission to our staff. We are fully equipped to work remotely and the team are used to spending 2-3 days a week working from home normally, and it has not had any detrimental effect on productivity or performance to date. We have not had to furlough or make any staff redundant and are currently fully staffed.
