We use Dell servers which utilise enterprise SSD drives for increased storage and performance. Our platform is designed to be highly redundant. Data is synchronised between network arrays so that if one array fails the remaining arrays continue to serve your site with 99.99% guaranteed uptime. Each array is backed up each night to a cluster which is then stored offsite.
Our development and design team ensure your practice's website is well maintained by performing regular site speed tests, checking for and repairing broken links and installing security and server technology upgrades.
Our standard website package includes full access to our library of online training and support resources and all our server maintenance and security checks and 5 hours of support. Clients on our enhanced package have access to 15 hours of support and site updates. Our hourly rate for additional help and support and updates not included with our annual plans is £35 per hour.
