THE WEB DESIGN
PROCESS

Once you have chosen your design theme and agreed upon your package and provided us with your logo, branding and content, the design process, from start to finish, normally takes 10 to 14 days to complete and go live on the internet. The process to upgrade to one of our patient-friendly, mobile-responsive GP Practice websites is outlined below:

STEP 1:
CHOOSE A DESIGN & PACKAGE

The first step to getting your new practice website designed is to look through our range of website design themes and choose one for us to base your website on. Most of our design themes are built using a blue colour scheme, but all schemes can be customised to match your preferred colours and practice logo and branding. At this stage you should also decide upon which of our 2-tier service level agreements you wish to opt for.

STEP 2:
GET IN TOUCH

Once you have chosen your design and service level agreement then please get in touch to proceed. You can do this by submitting our online order / enquiry form or by giving us a call.

If you are not quite ready to proceed and would like more information then please call us, send us an email or submit our enquiry form.

STEP 3:
WE CONTACT YOU

Once you have decided to proceed we will get in touch to discuss your website requirements, your preferred colour scheme and how to match this to your logo and branding and which integrated tools and services you wish to deploy on your site. A service level agreement and invoice for the first year's fees will be emailed to you. Once we have received a signed SLA and the invoice has been paid, we will begin work on your site.

STEP 4:
WE BEGIN DESIGN WORK

Our web design and development team will begin to build your new site, using your preferred colour scheme, branding and content. If you have a current site we can copy much of your practice-specific content from that site and your practice booklet.

STEP 5:
YOU REVIEW AND APPROVE THE DESIGN

We will liaise with you when we have added your content to your chosen design for you to review the site design, content, structure and functionality so that you can advise us of any additions, deletions and changes that need to be made.

STEP 6:
WE PUBLISH YOUR SITE

When you are happy with the website, we will publish it live on the internet and submit the site to the leading search engines for indexing in their search results. If you already have a website this will involve changing your domain name settings to point to our web servers where your new site will be securely hosted.

STEP 7:
WE PROVIDE TRAINING

We provide training on how to use our content management system in the form of videos and a training manual. This will ensure that you can get the most out of our CMS and covers everything from basic text editing through to uploading documents and adding new pages. We can provide live remote training for anyone that needs extra support and help. All clients also have full access to our online library of training resources.
